Every year we have a big Barlow (mom's side) family Christmas party. This involves dinner (my mom and dad do the main dish and everyone else brings the sides and desserts), games for adults and the little ones, the 1lb gift exchange, and either a visit from Santa or the re-enactment of the the Nativity with all the little great grandchildren. This year was Santa! As you can see Camberlyn is thrilled to just talk Santa's ear off (she looks like she's in deep conversation) and the boys seem a little too "cool" to sit on his lap. When I suggested they didn't have to they then told me they still needed to tell him what they wanted.

Then there was the opening of sibling gifts on Christmas eve (yes that is Camberlyn wearing her best dress and has her hair done up to celebrate the holiday- silly girl:) )
On Christmas Eve we go to my mom and dad's for Christmas Eve dinner. There is always shrimp, ham, rolls, dips, chips, fruit salad, drinks (Martinelli's or special Christmas punch) and we always play Pictionary! Here are the kids opening their stockings from Grandma and Grandpa.

Finally Christmas morning! I didn't get many pictures on the actual day, but this picture shows a few things
1) everyone got a new Nerf gun to be ready for an epic battle
