Weird I know, but yes, I am thankful for Salad Kits. They are a dream come true for someone who is trying to eat healthier. Winco, by far, has the best selection. We've had the Asian Chicken Kit, the Ceasar, the Fiesta Mix, the Chicken Taco, and tonight the Pear Gorgonzola Kit. I add meats or other fruits or veggies to make it more filling, but they are so easy and so good. If it is one with meat it makes for an easy main dish. They make me happy.

Oh, I love salad kits, too! It gets me trying dressings I never would have before - love the Parisian salad kit from Costco. I (gasp!) have still not yet been to Winco. Of all the hype, the salad kits might get me there finally.
