There are many ways to be imaginative this time of year: how to decorate your tree, making snowflakes, decorating cookies, decorating your house- inside and outside, but the one of our favorite traditions is making gingerbread houses. This year I made the royal icing which is much better tasting then the kits that you buy, except we did only use graham crackers and not real gingerbread.

Love doing gingerbread houses!! Looks like they had fun!
How fun! I still haven't done that this year. It might not happen. :)
They look great! Graham crackers are tougher to work with than gingerbread, so I'm impressed with their structural skills.
